There are a lot of small to medium sized businesses out there that sometimes need some IT help. How do small and medium businesses deal with this? How do you deal with this on a personal level for your own computers, tablets or phones that are now out of warranty?
Sometimes you may call the company that built the device anyway, get stuck on hold for lots of time and hope and pray that somehow a fix will materialize. Sometimes it will be to call some random person in some other country and hopefully work through the issues that way.
I’ve recently met and started working with a Computer and Tech Consultant – Benn Grant at E-Fix computers. He’s an incredibly knowledgable guy and no job is too small for him to jump in, and really help us – “the little guy”
